ČSOB pojišt'ovna is part of ČSOB Holding, one of the largest providers of financial services on our market. It offers comprehensive insurance services to citizens and sole traders as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations.

Lundegaard successfully implemented a strategic project for ČSOB Pojišt'ovna, the aim of which was to enable the involvement of multiple parallel teams by introducing a Multi Vendor Environment (MVP). This step allowed the client greater flexibility in selecting external suppliers for the development of the B2C portal.
This also included the implementation of CI/CD and the introduction of quality control mechanisms to control the quality of the deliverables.

Supplier Diversification and Multiple Parallel Streams
We prepared an extensive knowledge base for the client, including technical documentation (solution architecture and B2C integration) and developer documentation (development rules, DevOps documentation, etc.). It also included a procedure for the proper specification of new requirements and a description of the B2C MVP.
This created an environment in which multiple vendors can independently collaborate on individual components of the B2C portal, such as the client zone, negotiators or reporting.
By implementing a Multi Vendor Environment (MVP), ČSOB Pojišt'ovna has secured greater flexibility and the ability to accelerate its development projects. Among other things, this allows it to issue future tenders with greater freedom, select the most suitable suppliers for specific parts of the project and better control the quality of individual deliveries.
Accelerate Development and Quality with CI/CD
The deployment of CI/CD pipelines enables continuous integration and code deployment with minimal manual intervention, and the integration of automated testing tools such as SonarQube to ensure quality control of deliveries.
It also included a review of development and system integration rules, including the preparation of processes, flowcharts and role definitions.
These elements significantly accelerated the acceptance of deliverables from the solution teams.
Strengthening Internal Know-How
The activities also included successful consultations and infrastructure setup for the operations team, which contributed to the smooth operation of the entire system of ČSOB Pojišt'ovna.
