In the Czech Republic, it focuses on creating innovative insurance solutions that are closely linked to the financial products of its partners. Modernisation of EMEA financial reporting for BNP Paribas Cardif regional management.
BNP Paribas Cardif was looking for a partner to develop data-driven decision making and optimise internal processes across departments.
The project included complex data engineering, design and creation of reporting, BI consulting and training of employees in working with data and visualization tools. Working closely with internal teams, new solutions for more effective data analysis and reporting were designed and tested to improve visibility of key indicators and support informed decision making across the organisation.

Data engineering
We were faced with the challenge of unifying data from a total of nine branches, with each region using different applications and data sources. It was necessary to first consolidate the data into a single structure, cleanse it and make the necessary transformations.
We then focused on collecting and analysing business requirements, which formed the basis for the design of the data model.
We then designed and successfully implemented this model.
Creation of reporting
The project also included the creation of clear reports in Power BI, which were designed with an emphasis on visual clarity and data storytelling.
The goal was to present key metrics and trends in a way that was easy to interpret for different levels of management and business teams. Visualizations were tailored to specific user needs and supported effective data-driven decision making.

BI consulting and training of employees
Another important part of the project was BI consulting and support for further development of the data solution. We advised on the optimization of reporting and the possibilities of future expansion of the entire data platform.
At the same time, we conducted employee training focused not only on working with the created reports, but also on the effective use of Power BI as a tool for independent data analysis and creation of custom visualizations.
