Because requests are created continuously and not only when there is possibility for your to be near your computer, we decided to prepare a new responsive version of our helpdesk, which enables you to report and manage you issues not just from you computer, but from your mobile phone and tablet as well.  

We preserve all the helpdesk functions you are used to:

  • easy searching and filtring of requests
  • comfortable report of a new issue
  • clear communication history
  • closure with the possibility of rating
  • availability in Czech, Slovak and English

Because the abacus during the ten years of last version exceeded 33 thousands of requests, we decided to transfer just the opened ones.
