Sharepoint form for internal use of the “Complaints“ department of Zentiva
Description of the solution
Zentiva has approached us with regard to the development of a form for its employees, which should be made available on its intranet. MS Sharepoint has been chosen as a suitable technological base by a common choice. During implementation, an emphasis was placed on user friendliness and readiness to display in multiple languages. The application is integrated with MS Exchange services. The workflow of the form is set up for the final assessment of the completed form.
The project objective was the development and implementation of the Sharepoint form available for the employees through a web browser on the company intranet.
After developing the application in the Czech language, it was tested and then put on the client's intranet, where it was extended with English and Slovak language version. The realization met client's expectations and specified requirements on the application and immediately after its implementation, the work on the extension with other language versions has been started.
