Replication (roll out) of the Pattex product website for 13 countries of Central and Eastern Europe
Description of the solution
The goal was to create versions of the Pattex adhesive brand website in (in some countries the brand is called Moment) in 13 Central and Eastern European countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia).
The roll-out primarily involved content building, including adjusting and standardising the graphics. Naturally, our work included project management and output testing with regard to quality assurance.
The project was carried out in conjunction with the Promoangel agency.
Content building was based on supplied structured documents to the prepared Adobe CQ5 CMS system with maintaining a defined appearance and function according to the model www.pattex.de. For delivery comments and communicate with representatives of the country was primarily used our client helpdesk system for easy communication and registration requirements.
Communication was primarily in English with representatives of Henkel headquarters in Germany or Austria, product managers, individual countries and with other entities involved in this project.
Despite the varying quality of the data, we successfully set up the website for testing by the agreed deadline. Thirteen new language versions of the Pattex (Moment) brand website were created, representing Henkel across the whole region. They also improve sales support for this glue product range.
