Migration to the Adobe Experience Manager platform (AEM)

Project objectives

The aim was to modernise and unify the look & feel of Česká spořitelna's corporate banking web site with the rest of Česká spořitelna's websites.

Description of the solution

The migration of the then separate Erste corporate banking site (ECB) underwent development mainly through the UX departmentUX was in this project necessary, as it was not just about migrating the site content but also about modifying the information architecture.

We proposed the information architecture (IA) of the site with regard to the use of the existing ECB, which included two types of navigation, according to "life situations" and "grouping according to bank logic". According to data from Google Analytics (GA) was paradoxically used more the lower navigation grouped by banking products.

The previous architecture was too branched - it contained up to four result levels - we decided to flatten them as to cut the path to individual products, not to duplicate the content at the product group, subgroup and product level. As part of the site migration to Adobe Experience Manager ( AEM ), we also updated the individual product descriptions and their listing.

Migration to the Adobe Experience Manager platform (AEM)

The website gained more attractiveness. The information architecture accompanying the request forms on most sites and overall content optimization, compared to the original web resulted in almost a 10 fold more of organic visitors to the site. By simplifying and streamlining the contact forms, the number of inquiries also significantly increased.

Almost a 10 fold more of organic visitors to the site.
