Implementation of a communication gateway for ALD Automotive clients.
Description of the solution
It was considered to use the unused O2 Gateway for everyday communication, but also for marketing approach of the ALD clients beyond the standard used methods.
A customer together with the Lundegaard staff prepared a communication concept using conventional emails, text messages and push notifications.
To select the approached clients, the communication gateway is connected to a contact database of the central ALD system. It is possible to select one client, but also a larger group and send out a message collectively. The gateway records all sent messages and subsequently it is possible to make a statistical evaluation from them. A simple and intuitive web interface is created to operate the gateway.
