Fincetrum has decided to significantly enhance their online activities for services related to consulting on mortgages and their refinancing. To this end, the client wanted to create a new microsite, which will serve as the main lead generation channel for such services.
Description of the solution
We assisted the client with the complete implementation of the new website promoting mortgage consulting – from the initial concept to the subsequent implementation. Based on the input specifications we created a customised microsite, which reflects the conclusions of online strategies for attracting new leads in consulting on mortgages and their refinancing.
The backbone of the site is made up of well-arranged sites, where are outlined possible scenarios that meet the needs of the defined target groups. All communication is then set up aiming to build trust and successfully communicate the main idea, based on financial advisory recommendations.
The primary objective was to create a platform for lead generation for the mortgage-consulting segment. The original requirement was to develop a simple web platform that will enable comparison of conventional banking products advantages, realistically promoting achievable rates if using the services of Fincentrum financial consulting services.
This assignment subsequently led to identifying the need to create a new responsive microsite. The new website was to serve as the main sales channel support, and a focal point for selected activities of online marketing, as well as it was to be the landing page with sufficient persuasive reasoning, and powerful conversion effect. Part of the assignment was also setting up advanced web analytics.
We designed an intuitive site with a straightforward conversion path, securing a high conversion rate, serving as the main lead generation channel for financial services. The project is built on CMS LARS Vivo, enabling easy management and work with the web content. The website is responsive (RWD), and designed to run on all types of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
In the initial stage, we prepared a creative concept and a document, which also included the analysis of the future content strategy and recommendations relating to the use of other potential opportunities for the individual digital channels. The resulting output will not only be a new site, but also a document summarizing the issues of online marketing focused on the client’s requirements and objectives of the site.
