In just one month since the site launch we were able to motivate retailers of our products. The "time-to-market" factor was important to us because we wanted to start from the new year, which was possible to manage and now the system is being used by first vendors to our satisfaction.

Description of the solution

After the initial analysis Lundegaard suggested, based on their past experience with loyalty systems, a solution that enables retailers to keep track of their score (points are gained by selling Cardif products), shop for electronics items and other gifts in exchange for points, and have them sent to their address. The solution also allows the administrators to manage the allocation of points by importing data from internal systems and managing the catalog of gifts and points. The system was designed so that it can be extended not only in terms of other functions, but also to other countries. Finally, it is built on CMS LARS Vivo.

Project objectives

Launch a reward system for the best retailers of Cardif insurance products in the form of a “cafeteria”, where each vendors can choose a gift to their liking and based on the number of points in their account.

Result

Based on the implemented modules and components of CMS Lars Vivo, the system was launched and tested in record time and the first vendors and their points were registered after the new year. During the next months the system will be further developed and optimized.
