Description of the solution
In clearly arranged user interface, the application offers to ALD clients an overview of all the information that can be provided within a vehicle leasing contract. Besides information on contract and vehicle, it also provides other services, e.g. navigation to petrol stations or contracted garages. The information is always up to date thanks to integration with ALD internal systems.
The application graphics has been designed to minimize differences for various mobile phones OS.
- Creating a native mobile application for Android and iOS in accordance with the concept of web applications for clients of the company ALD.
- Increasing self-serviceability for clients of the company with a possibility of online resolving the specific requirements.
- Improving the company image and modern access to services for ALD clients.
The application provides ALD clients with access to its services on the most commonly used communication devices.
It clearly displays information about the used vehicle or the actual extent of the contract assistance services. It makes online information on the available contract services available, it will offer
a navigation to the nearest service location chosen according to set parameters or to the nearest available petrol station with regard to the contract fuel card. The client has also the use of quick help and advice in the event of a breakdown, accident or medical complications and immediately contact to the ALD Assistance service.
The application is intended for clients of ALD in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
