For service web solutions the maintenance of know-how within the designated service team, which includes continuous updating documentation and knowledge transfer with the change of service team members is crucial. Thus we provide the commitment of continuity of the maintenance of the delivered solution. We are able to offer a guarantee to resolve the incident according to its categorization within the agreed deadlines in the 24x7 mode.
Additionally, it is possible to arrange an automated security testing and automated user testing. Safety tests are performed with an emphasis on risks defined by the OWASP initiative, where we provide continuous solution security testing according to the agreed parameters. In user testing we use Selenium tools for testing user scenarios of a particular solution use. Because of the wide linkage of our solutions with external systems we also offer continuous monitoring of integration links that detects problems during power failures or the change of parameters of used interfaces.
The actual solution development (new features, design modifications, etc.) can be resolved through favorable agreed packages or where appropriate using the Webtenance® program.
Within the service infrastructure, we offer consulting and analytical services from the area of operation of web solutions. We provide installation, configuration, management and regular updating of the runtime environment including independent monitoring of availability and performance.
