Lundegaard Takes Over 2N Service Portal

In January 2018 Lundegaard took over operating, SLA and the development of 2N Web Portal running on Liferay 6.2.

Lundegaard became SILVER Liferay platform partner in 2017.  As part of Lundegaard’s strategy, we have been focusing on medium and large web solutions for leading Czech and international clients. 

2N chose Liferay platform for its web portal. And, in 2017 they reached out to us with the asking us to take over the traffic operating and service solutions.

Based on the transition period, we gave our client a set of recommendations as to increase the stability and performance of the portal.

Subsequently, in January 2018, we took over full responsibility for:

  • Portal operation within a dedicated solution of our hosting services optimized for Liferay Portal.
  • Compliance with the guarantee of possible incidents resolution under the BRONZE SLA programme.
  • Portal development with new features and customer requirements within our Webtenance® Service.

The service runs using our helpdesk with direct connection to the JIRA ticketing system.
