Introducing our new mobile version of our client helpdesk

We newly run a helpdesk for our clients via mobile phone. Enter or check your request, wherever you are.

The mobile version of the helpdesk retains all the necessary features of its desktop predecessor. New requests can be added, including attachments, and it is easy to look them up and track their status. You can, of course, also add notes and other attachments to already inserted requests. And you can close a resolved request and give us your feedback.

In addition, the mobile helpdesk provides several enhancements for mobile phone use. As well as optimising the display, the helpdesk features an easy to use sliding menu on the left-hand side, and a display of comments beside the request, in a social network format. With just one click you can call the hotline of our service department, using the request details. The mobile version also speeds up request resolution – as well as the “Close” button, you can now conclude the request simply by swiping your finger on the request (swipe gesture).
